Right on the border with Italy, in the heart of a growing cross-border city, we’ve created a space with soul. Super Osmica is more than just a restaurant – it's an invitation to gather, taste, and co-create a new culinary story in Nova Gorica.

Behind it are three friends – Vanja Fon, Goran Pribić, and Kris Planišček – each with their own energy and experience, united by a vision of an open, authentic space. We found inspiration in the tradition of "osmica" (a Slovenian wine tavern), but reimagined it with a modern approach and a daily offering.

At the forefront is natural, seasonal cuisine, built around fresh ingredients sourced from local producers on both sides of the border. The dishes are simple yet thoughtful – created with respect for ingredients, environment, and people.

Super Osmica is a meeting place – around food, drinks, and culture. Events, gatherings, and good energy create a space where people, flavours, and stories connect.
